Account Responsibility
Users must maintain confidentiality of their account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities occurring under their account. The company reserves the right to refuse service or remove content at its discretion.
Age Restriction
Lux Markets does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. Those under 18 need parental permission to use our services.
Cancellation Policy
Booth reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive no refund.
Intellectual Property
All site content is company property. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the site only, with no rights to modify, republish, or create derivative works.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits are prohibited.
Liability Limitation
The site is provided "as is" without warranties. The company disclaims liability for damages, including lost data or profits, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Governing Law
Texas law applies; Texas courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
